Justin A. Reckers, CFP®, CDFA, AIF® is Managing Director of Pacific Divorce Management, www.PacDivorce.com and Director of Financial Planning at Pacific Wealth Management, www.PacWealth.com.

Justin is a graduate of The Ohio State University, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ and Accredited Investment Fiduciary™. He is trained in Family Law specific Mediation and Collaborative Divorce. He is an active member of the San Diego Financial Planning Association, the San Diego County Bar Association Family Law Section, the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies, The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and The Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. He is a board member of Collaborative Practice California, Executive Board Member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego and Trustee of the Pacific South Coast Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society which serves over 45,000 people affected by Multiple Sclerosis across San Diego, Orange and Imperial counties.

Mark C. Hill, CFP®, CDFA™ - Managing Director

Mark C. Hill, CFP ®, CDFA™, is a founder and Managing Director of Pacific Wealth Management ®, LLC , a San Diego-based investment management consulting and financial planning company. Since the company’s inception in 1998, it has been a successful fee-based financial advisory firm. Mark has been involved in the financial services industry in an advisory capacity since 1983. He is both a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™.

As a financial planner, Mark’s business routinely involves assisting clients with issues related to budgeting, risk evaluation, investments, taxes, retirement planning, and estate planning. In recent years, experience with clients has resulted in an increased focus within the practice on how these issues are dealt with in divorce and resulted in the formation of Pacific Divorce Management, LLC.

Mark’s unique combination of business, financial, and relational expertise enables him to be a crucial counselor to business owners, executives, and families of wealth. Mark often acts as an unofficial board of directors to business owners and prides himself on creating collaborative relationships with a client’s other advisors.

In addition to Mark’s interpersonal relationships with clients, he commands an attentive ear when speaking to legal and financial practice groups such as the Financial Planning Association and Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts about Collaborative Divorce and the issues involved in the “Financial Divorce”. He has been interviewed by publications such as Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, The Wall Street Journal, and the Los Angeles Times. Mark also serves as a trainer for Collaborative Divorce Team Trainings, a group responsible for interdisciplinary trainings in the Collaborative Divorce team model throughout the country.

Mark recently served on the Board of the San Diego Financial Planning Association for three years and as President of the San Diego Collaborative Family Law Group in 2006. In addition Mark is a Regional Director for the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and has served as Treasurer of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Sandi Gumeson, CPA

Sandi Gumeson is Divorce Financial Analyst at Pacific Divorce Management, www.PacDivorce.com.

She is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting. She is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. She has also received training in divorce financial analysis.

Beginning her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an audit and tax intern, she quickly became a senior associate. In 2000, she joined Ryland Homes, a fortune 500 company as a financial analyst and was ultimately promoted to Controller and VP Finance for the San Diego Division. Ms. Gumeson graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting.

Sandi’s extensive experience in finance, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, enables her to provide a high level of expertise in understanding the overall financial picture of clients. Then using that knowledge to analyze and offer financially advantageous settlement options.
