Justin A. Reckers CFP®, CDFA™, AIF® Elected to Office
San Diego, California, November 2009 – Justin A. Reckers CFP®, CDFA™, AIF® has been elected to the office of Treasurer for the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego.
Justin A. Reckers CFP®, CDFA™, AIF® is a Managing Director of Pacific Divorce Management, LLC, a San Diego based firm that specializes in the financial aspects that arise for couples going through a divorce. Justin has developed a passion for guiding people through what can be the most emotionally and financially devastating period in their life. He provides education and support during difficult decision making processes in order to facilitate rational and informed conclusions for clients. Justin offers Dispute Resolution services in Collaborative Divorce and Mediation. He also regularly works with attorneys serving as an Expert Financial Analyst in neutral or advocacy roles in the litigation process.
Justin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ and Accredited Investment Fiduciary™. He is trained in Family Law specific Mediation and Collaborative Divorce. He is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association Family Law Section, the San Diego Financial Planning Association, The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego.
The Collaborative Family Law Group (CFLG) of San Diego is a group of attorneys, mental health experts and financial professionals who are dedicated to the principles and practice of Collaborative Divorce and to providing Collaborative services to the San Diego community. The Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego has been serving families since 2001. All CFLG members have completed training in the Collaborative Divorce model and meet experience requirements for membership. In Collaborative Divorce, the combativeness of litigation is replaced by a cooperative process that gives families resources and options unavailable in traditional divorce models.
The Collaborative Divorce process requires the divorcing couple to sign a legal stipulation agreeing that they will not go to court to resolve their differences. The couple works with a Collaborative Divorce team which they build from the available resources included in the CFLG membership, based on their specific needs and preferences. Their Collaborative team helps and guides them through their divorce. All members of CFLG are skilled in helping clients achieve a divorce that serves the unique needs of their family. Their goal is for Collaborative Divorce to become the predominant method for helping families through the entire divorce process.

San Diego, California, November 2009 – Justin Reckers CFP®, CDFA™, has been awarded the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY® designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. The AIF® designation signifies training in fiduciary responsibility and follows an extensive training course and examination.
Justin Reckers CFP®, CDFA™, AIF®, is a Financial Planner for Pacific Wealth Management® a San Diego-based investment management, consulting, and financial planning company where he specializes in comprehensive financial planning and is responsible for managing the financial planning and advisory practice. The financial planning and advisory practice includes a comprehensive post divorce financial planning program for clients dedicated to preparing for financial independence and long term success during the post divorce transition.
